OFF-BOARD COMMITTEES
SpEAC
RESCHEDULED – “Transitioning Out of High School”.
New Date:  THURS, JANUARY 31st from 6:30-8:00pm – MHS STAR CENTER

Presented by the Division of Human Service, we will discuss entering DDD after high school, changes to the rules of Performcare, DDD and DVR. We’ll review what students & parents need to do to access services, how that is accomplished, and how far in advance you need to prepare (it takes longer than you think!).

Due to limited seating this event will only be open to families whose children attend MTPS, Moorestown residents whose children have an out-of-district placement, and MTPS staff.  This is a FREE event, but we do ask attendees to pre-register to ensure enough seats & materials. REGISTER at www.moorestownspeac.com

*If you were previously registered for the November session, we ask that you register AGAIN to confirm you can still attend.

Find the full schedule of SpEAC meetings on our website. You may also join our closed Facebook group or email us at:  info@moorestownspeac.com.
