RESTAURANT NIGHT

Hello Moorestown Parents! Take a night off from cooking and come out to Passariello’s in Moorestown this Tuesday, October 22nd to support the Moorestown Home and School. Simply dine-in or place a delivery and be sure to mention Moorestown Home and School to ensure that Moorestown Home and School is given credit for the fundraiser. Hope to see you there!

 

MOORESTOWN BOARD OF EDUCATION MEET THE CANDIDATES NIGHT

We invite you to meet the candidates for Moorestown’s Board of Education at a Meet the Candidates Night hosted by Moorestown Home and School and MooreUnity on Wednesday, October 23rd at the William Allen Middle School media center. Doors will open at 7pm with the event beginning at 7:30pm. The event will be moderated by Moore Unity. Voters are encouraged to submit their questions to Moore Unity at mooreunitynj@gmail.com by 5pm on Monday October 21st. Questions can also be submitted on the evening of the event. Moore Unity will have the final decision in questions asked. Candidates will introduce themselves, and then answer as many questions as possible for approximately one hour.

WAMS NEWS

WAMS HALLOWEEN DANCE

The WAMS annual Halloween Dance is on Friday, October 25th from 7-9pm. There will be a

DJ, dancing, snacks and costume contest with prizes! Students should come dressed up and

ready to have fun! Don’t forget to have your student bring $5 to get in. Please look at the signup genius to volunteer time or donate snacks or decorations. Thanks so much and looking forward to a fabulous dance!

HALLOWEEN PARADE AND COFFEE

The annual Halloween parade at South Valley will be held on Thursday, October 31st at 10am. Please join us on the lawn of South Valley prior to the parade for some coffee and munchkins! Please sign up here if you would like to donate a box of coffee or munchkins for the event!

SpEAC

Moorestown SpEAC is our Special Education Advocacy Council. We are parent-run organization that provides a forum to discuss important challenges facing our children in the schools and community and an off-board committee of Home & School. Our mission is to positively impact the education of all students, with an emphasis on those students needing or receiving special education services. If your
